Skycomm Cloud Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary company, registered in Western Australia and incorporated in 2020. We’re part of the SkyComm group, which has served Perth businesses since 2010 — the group’s managed-services practice is at skycomm.com.au.
The Cloud entity has a specific job within the group: to own and operate infrastructure, and to develop the software that runs on it — most notably SCagent, our endpoint-management platform, engineered entirely in-house and purpose-built for organisations that can’t afford downtime.
Our clients range from medical and specialist practices — the most demanding environments we serve — to professional-services firms and larger organisations that want an MSP running its own stack rather than reselling someone else’s.

Client data stays on Australian infrastructure, and the people answering the phone are in Perth — Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm AWST.
